Receptionist (Temporary help, part-time, hourly help)

Feel Good Hero at B&B HOTEL Vejle:

Do you have a smile in your suitcase when you check in? Do you love making guests smile when you welcome them at the reception? And are you ready to grab a vacuum cleaner, prepare breakfast, and generally be an all-around handy octopus? Then you might be our new Feel Good Hero, who makes guests feel comfortable (as if they were at home).

About the job:

How to use your octopus arms as a Feel Good Hero. As a Hero, you will, for example:

• Book rooms and help guests check in
• Prepare breakfast
• Serve a drink or a glass of wine
• Be good at English (you do not have to be fluent in Danish)
• Have a friendly chat with guests, because you enjoy talking to new people
• Notice when it's time to wring out a cloth and wipe crumbs off the tables. All with a smile.
• Even when it's busy and you might be interrupted while answering an email. Then you know it's more important to point Maria and Alexander from Berlin in the direction of bus 11 to Vejle Station.

You don't need to be an Einstein with computers. If you can shop online, you can easily check in guests and book rooms (it works on the same 'add to cart' principle).

About you:

Can you say yes to the 3 S's? If you are sweet, smart, and smile – then you are perfect as a Feel Good Hero.

• Sweet: You always want to help a guest
• Smart: You are practical, proactive, and like to get things done
• Smile: You make guests feel comfortable.

Experience from a hotel or our industry is a big plus, but it's not a must. We can easily train you! Your education is not crucial either; you can be skilled or unskilled, a student, a flex worker, or an early retiree. The most important thing is the 3 S's. We are looking for Feel Good Heroes for full-time, part-time, and hourly wages. And the working hours are flexible, with shifts available in the morning, afternoon, and evening (on weekdays, weekends, and holidays).
